A minimum $150 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve the date of your event on our calendar. The balance is due 60 days before the scheduled wedding date. All payments are made electronically using a credit/debit card or e-check via an invoice link provided by The Officiant. Cash and paper checks are not accepted. Events scheduled within 60 days of the event date and all Elopements require non-refundable payment in full at the time of booking to secure the date.
The ATL Wedding Officiant does not discriminate against any couple on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, disability or sexual orientation.
The Officiant reserves the right to refuse any request for a reservation and further reserves the right to refuse to perform any service that she is not comfortable with. The ATL Wedding Officiant DOES NOT solemnize marriages for minors, regardless of parental consent or emancipation. Both parties on the marriage license must have reached the age of eighteen years prior to the day of the marriage ceremony. NO exceptions! This is not law, but The ATL Wedding Officiant Policy.
