A minimum $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date of your event on our calendar. The balance is due two weeks before the scheduled wedding date. All payments are made via credit/debit card via PayPal. Cash, checks and electronic bank drafts are not accepted. Events scheduled within 30 days of the event date require non-refundable payment in full to secure the date.
The ATL Wedding Officiant does not discriminate against any couple on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, disability or sexual orientation.
The Officiant reserves the right to refuse any request for a reservation and further reserves the right to refuse to perform any service that she is not comfortable with. The ATL Wedding Officiant DOES NOT solemnize marriages for minors, regardless of parental consent or emancipation. Both parties on the marriage license must have reached the age of eighteen years prior to the marriage ceremony. NO exceptions! This is not law, but The ATL Wedding Officiant Policy.
